ok screw it. Ya'll are just trying to start trouble on here. Like at the game two years ago. Come on who sits on the other teams side?! I mean no disrespect to gate city they have a great ballteam but dont expect us to get down and start kissing your butts like everyone else does. That was one mistake last year ya'll made against honaker. You expected a BDD team to just lie down for ya'll to run over like most people do and instead they stuck it to you. Sure you won the game but almost all of Honakers players went both ways when all of yours go one. But screw it think what you want but please quit coming over here and disrespecting us.
No disrespect here. I think honaker has a good team. And no one was expecting them to lie down either. Also about the fans of GC sitting on the home teams side. Do you know how many GC fans travel with the team? Usually a lot more than most other teams bring to their own home games. The only thing that gets to me is that so many cry because GC is single A again. Truth be told it is actually easier to compete as a AA team. Some of the old power house AA teams went to single A along time ago. Teams like George Wythe,Giles,and Radford to name a few. Good luck to the BDD teams and hopefully we will see you in the post season.
I personally don't want any of you kissing anything of mine because I'm a happily married heterosexual male. One minute you mention Honaker as a team that can't compete with the LPD, yet you brag about how they only lost 21-6 to GC last year. We've posted it a hundred times before, so try to read it right this time. There is no "visitors side" at Gate City. You people complained that you only had one section, when that one section still holds more than one entire side of a few stadiums we've been to. If you can't fill that section up, don't worry about the other half. You people started the cheap shots about GC when nobody from GC was around, and now that someone responds we're classless rednecks. Some of you need to come out from under your rocks and get a clue.
Let's get back on topic here and talk about formations.......PLEASE!!! What's Haysi, Honaker, and Hurley gonna run?
how did Honaker get drug into this whole argument that Gate City lies about their numbers? I don't really know of anyone from Honaker that thinks that. I'm the only person from Honaker that comes to this message board. No one from Honaker ever complained that GC lies. And who said Honaker can't compete against the LPD Quincy? I'd like to know.

I agree Powell Valley did have a lot of kids. Personally in my opinion they need 4 groups. Haysi, Honaker and the Cumberland schools have no chance against teams such as J.J. Kelly, Powell Valley and Gate City. The numbers of those schools are too much.

this is the LAST thing I'm posting on this. Quincy, no one from Honaker said that, must have been one of the guys from Haysi on here. I believe Gate City is the only LPD school that gives Honaker any trouble. We beat Gate City and Burton's *** in basketball. We beat Kelly's *** in baseball in 5 innings in that tourny at Shupe field last season. We beat Clintwood's *** by like 20 runs in baseball. We could beat Pound in anything they **** , and PV and Appy wouldn't give us any trouble in anything except football. Yes, lets please get back to formations.
